Personal data collected and processed through Voodootix is handled only for the operation of each customer ticketing instance and the services requested by that customer.
Each Premium customer instance is configured so operational data, sales data and visitor records are managed within that customer's ticketing environment. Pocket data is handled through the Voodootix self-service platform with the same confidentiality principles.
If a security breach affects customer personal data, Voodootix will notify the affected customer without undue delay and provide the information reasonably needed to assess and respond to the incident.
