Data confidentiality

Personal data collected and processed through Voodootix is handled only for the operation of each customer ticketing instance and the services requested by that customer.

• We keep customer and visitor data confidential.
• Access is limited to authorized and trained employees who need it to perform their duties.
• We do not transfer personal data to third parties except where required to provide the service, comply with law or follow customer instructions.
• We aim to process and host personal data in the EEA or Switzerland, or with appropriate safeguards where another transfer is required.

Dedicated customer instances

Each Premium customer instance is configured so operational data, sales data and visitor records are managed within that customer's ticketing environment. Pocket data is handled through the Voodootix self-service platform with the same confidentiality principles.

Security incidents

If a security breach affects customer personal data, Voodootix will notify the affected customer without undue delay and provide the information reasonably needed to assess and respond to the incident.
