Voodootix vs Rezdy: run every sale from the same capacity.
Voodootix gives activity operators one workflow for online sales, walk-ins, entry checks and GetYourGuide capacity. Premium uses a flat-fee platform price instead of a percentage of ticket value.
Why choose Voodootix over Rezdy?
Voodootix is designed to give teams a connected operational workflow and a more predictable way to think about platform fees.
Flat-fee platform pricing on Premium.
Premium does not take a percentage of ticket price. At the same plan and volume, increasing a ticket price does not increase a percentage-based Voodootix platform charge.
Take payment through your chosen supported provider.
Premium customers choose a supported payment provider and receive the customer payment directly through that provider. Provider pricing and payout schedules remain provider-dependent.
Rezdy documents tiered extras, agent connections and API access that may matter to your operation. Use the feature and pricing comparison below to check whether your required tier changes the economics.

Pricing model: online and offline activity can change the result.
Use your expected direct, offline and agent booking mix rather than a single blended booking assumption.
Voodootix
Pocket: public information describes credits per booking and a €1 charge per sold seat for paid online events. Payment-provider fees may be additional. Confirm the payer, VAT and whether these charges accumulate before calculating an operator cost.
Premium: displayed from €166/month excluding VAT, with monthly ticket allowances. Platform pricing is flat fee—no percentage of ticket price. Provider fees depend on the supported payment provider selected; the operator receives payment through that provider.
Rezdy
Observed published pricing: Foundation $49/month, Accelerate $99/month and Expansion $249/month, each plus 3% online. Published offline or agent booking charges are respectively $1, $0.85 and $0.70.
Rezdy states the online fee can be absorbed or passed on. Australian GST is excluded in the observed pricing. Confirm currency, payment processing, feature tier and market-specific terms for a complete comparison.
Do not combine per-order, per-seat and percentage-based fees into one number. Keep subscriptions, platform fees, payment processing, distribution commissions, setup and hardware as separate categories.
Prepare for a controlled switch.
Useful comparisons lead to a workable implementation plan, not just a pricing decision.
- Future bookings, capacity and resources
- Agent connections and marketplace mappings
- Outstanding vouchers, deposits and refunds
- Payment-provider setup and reconciliation
- Exports, staff training and controlled cutover
Questions operators ask
Does Rezdy charge differently for online and offline bookings?
Its observed public pricing lists 3% online charges as well as separate offline or agent charges by plan. Confirm the applicable fee base and terms before using these figures in a forecast.
Does Voodootix Premium charge a percentage of ticket revenue?
No. Premium’s platform pricing is flat fee, not a percentage of ticket price. It has plan ticket allowances, and third-party payment-provider charges are separate and can vary with the provider and transaction value.
Can I compare a $99 Rezdy plan with Voodootix Premium directly?
Only after matching required features, channel mix, billing currency, taxes and any booking or processing charges. A lower subscription can produce a different total once online and offline booking fees are applied.
