Voodootix vs FareHarbor: keep control of every ticket.
Voodootix brings online sales, on-site selling and GetYourGuide capacity together. With Premium, your platform price is flat fee—not a percentage of every ticket you sell.
Why choose Voodootix over FareHarbor?
Voodootix is built to keep the commercial and operational sides of your visitor business connected, from the first online booking through entry control.
A flat-fee Premium platform price.
Premium does not take a percentage of ticket price. Its platform charge remains flat for the applicable plan and volume, so a higher ticket price does not add a percentage-based Voodootix platform fee.
Choose a supported payment provider.
Premium customers choose a supported payment platform and receive payments directly through that provider. Provider fees and payout timing remain dependent on the provider—not Voodootix.
FareHarbor has documented distribution and dashboard tools that may suit your operation. The comparison below helps you assess those capabilities alongside Voodootix’s workflow and pricing model.
Feature comparison
“Listed” reflects public product information, not hands-on testing. Plan availability and depth can vary; “confirm” is not a claim that the feature is unavailable.

Pricing: compare the applicable costs, not a guessed rate.
Pricing structures are not directly interchangeable. Ask both providers to price the channels, features and volume you actually need.
Voodootix
Pocket: public information describes one credit per booking (€0.10 stated credit value) and €1 per sold seat for paid online events; payment-provider fees may be additional. The payer and interaction of these charges need confirmation.
Premium: displayed from €166/month excluding VAT, with ticket allowances by plan. Platform pricing is flat fee: no percentage of ticket price. Payment-provider fees depend on the supported provider selected and are separate.
FareHarbor
FareHarbor describes a per-booking model with no mandatory monthly platform fee on its demo page. A universal numeric rate was not verified in the public sources used here. Direct-booking, API, payment-processing and optional-service charges should be obtained for your market and workflow.
Quote required
For Premium, a higher ticket price does not add a percentage-based Voodootix platform charge at the same plan and volume. It can still change third-party payment-processing costs. OTA or reseller commissions are separate from the booking-system platform price.
Plan a practical switch.
Migration deserves the same care as choosing a platform. Confirm what needs to move and how staff will work through the cutover.
- Future bookings and remaining capacity
- Outstanding vouchers, deposits and refunds
- Payment reconciliation and provider setup
- Reseller mappings and customer exports
- Staff training and a controlled cutover
Questions operators ask
Does FareHarbor have a monthly platform fee?
FareHarbor’s demo page says there is no mandatory monthly platform fee. It uses a per-booking model, but the rate and other charges should be confirmed for your market and sales channels.
Does Voodootix Premium take a percentage of ticket sales?
No. Premium’s platform price is a flat fee rather than a percentage of ticket price. Its plan allowance, overages and any third-party payment-provider charges should be checked for your expected volume.
Do both platforms support distribution?
Both publicly describe relevant distribution workflows. Verify the exact connection, plan entitlement, commercial terms and operational flow you need—especially when a marketplace is involved.
