Voodootix vs Bókun: sell through channels, stay in control.
Voodootix connects online, on-site and GetYourGuide capacity in one workflow. Premium replaces percentage-of-ticket-price platform fees with a flat fee for the applicable plan and volume.
Why choose Voodootix over Bókun?
Use Voodootix to unite the day-to-day tasks of selling, checking customers in and managing capacity—while giving your team a clear platform pricing model.
One capacity view for sales and operations.
Voodootix publicly describes shared capacity across online, on-site and GetYourGuide sales, plus mobile administration, sales, entry checks and reporting.
No percentage of ticket price on Premium.
Premium’s platform pricing is flat fee. Your applicable plan and volume still matter, but the platform charge does not rise as a percentage when you raise ticket prices.
Bókun documents useful cross-channel and agent workflows. If your business depends heavily on those workflows, compare the required plan and commercial terms carefully using the details below.

Voodootix
Pocket: publicly described with credits per booking and a €1 charge per sold seat for paid online events. Payment-provider fees may be additional. Confirm who bears each cost, tax treatment and how credits interact with the per-seat charge.
Premium: displayed from €166/month excluding VAT, with monthly ticket allowances. Its platform pricing is flat fee—no percentage of ticket price. Payment-provider fees are separate and depend on the supported provider selected.
Bókun
Observed published pricing: START $49/month + 1.5%; PLUS $149/month + 1.25%; PREMIUM $499/month + 1% on applicable bookings. The main booking plans list Viator and offline bookings as exempt from Bókun booking fees.
That exemption does not remove Viator’s own commission, and it should not be generalised to Bókun’s separate Channel Manager product. Confirm currency, market, taxes and applicable fee base before comparing totals.
A buyer-paid charge is still part of the checkout experience. Keep operator-paid costs, buyer-paid charges, payment processing and OTA commissions separate when evaluating a pricing model.

Questions operators ask
Does Bókun charge a fee on Viator bookings?
The observed main Bókun booking-plan information lists Viator and offline bookings as exempt from Bókun booking fees. Viator’s commission remains separate, and Channel Manager terms should be checked independently.
Does Voodootix Premium add a percentage of each ticket price?
No. Premium uses flat-fee platform pricing, rather than a percentage of ticket price. Ticket allowance, overage rules and third-party payment-provider costs still need to match your expected volume and provider.
Can I compare the prices directly in euros?
Not safely from these published snapshots alone. Bókun’s observed prices are displayed in dollars and Voodootix Premium prices in euros. Compare native-currency terms or use a dated exchange rate and disclose it.
